About Us
A Highland welcome in the heart of Kingussie
The Bothy Rooms is centrally located in the beautiful Scottish town of Kingussie within the Cairngorm National Park. We offer affordable accommodation within a central location in the Highlands at a competitive nightly and weekly rate. The Bothy Rooms is ideal for servicing temporary workers to the area and recreational visitors alike with lots of great attractions in the area.

Our clean and cosy rooms are the perfect place to relax after a day of working or exploring the local area. All 11 of our rooms have an en-suite bathroom and appliances including a kettle, microwave and television. There is also free wifi to be used by any of our guests throughout every room.
Our rooms are competitively priced at £30 per night and £140 per week based on single occupancy. *Please note that there is a surcharge of £10 for double occupancy.

Kingussie is a popular destination within the Cairngorm National Park and is easily accessible to other key locations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to The Bothy Rooms and would not hesitate to return. My room was perfect and equipped with everything I needed. Kingussie is a beautiful place and there were many activities to keep me busy!
